Front Row! Beautifully appointed home sits directly on the beach with large glass doors that offer an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean from both the dining and living rooms and upstairs master bedroom. The doors open onto a covered patio and deck, with stairs directly to the beach providing private beach access. The master bedroom with separate sitting room/office both have the same large glass doors that open onto a porch spanning the width of the house with incredible ocean views. Ride bikes on the beach and up to Flagler Avenue to shop and eat.
Note:
-Our home can not accommodate weddings or events.
-We keep our calendar up to date so check it for confirmation of availability.
-We use the “Book it now” feature. So it is possible that a week you are looking at may book at any time.
-Our pet policy is that we allow small dogs under 30 lbs that are house trained. We charge an extra cleaning fee for pets. We unfortunately can not accommodate larger dogs. If you are uncertain please provide the details in your inquiry and we will let you know.

Summary: Exactly as advertised, Denise was very responsive to all of my questions, and the cleanest beach front house we have ever stayed at! Only downside was that the beach does allow vehicles (must pay to drive on the beach and appeared to only be people finding a spot to spend the day) but would not have been noticed much if my children were older.

Summary: I was so excited to spend this birthday at the beach with my sisters and brothers. I am a native of Daytona Beach but now live in Northern VA so it was my plan to come home when no one was sick or no funeral to attend. This was the perfect house and location for some relaxation and time well spent with my family. The house was very clean and more than met my expectations! It is Beautiful!
